We want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance materials and 3D printing accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all filaments are sealed if possible and electronic components are protected by anti-static materials.

• 3.
  Ship to Polymaker

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware or materials, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
